About

Faith. Family. Fitness.Purpose.

I am Carmella Grace Shaffer, a mom of three, a marathon runner, and a believer in becoming the woman God created us to be. I know how hard it is to put yourself last while caring for everyone else. But taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's part of honouring the body and life God has given you.

In Her Own Words

I'm not just a fitness coach—I'm a mom who understands how hard it is to find yourself again. I know what it feels like to put everyone else first. I know how difficult it can be to find time for yourself, stay consistent, and feel confident in your body while raising a family. But I also know something important: you don't have to choose between being a great mom and becoming the strongest version of yourself. Running a marathon taught me that big goals aren't accomplished overnight. They're accomplished one mile, one workout, and one decision at a time. That's the same approach I want to bring to other moms. No perfection. No extreme diets. No punishment workouts. No waiting until "life calms down." Just real women, real life, and real progress.

The Real-Life Plan

How I coach

I coach around real life, because real life is the only place training has to survive. There are no perfect conditions in a week with shift work, school pickups and a body that is already tired. So we work in the small windows of time you have, we plan for the days you show up tired anyway, and we keep the sessions short enough that you do them instead of dreading them. That is the whole plan: consistent work in the 20 minutes you actually have, repeated until you are unrecognisably stronger.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, start running, improve your endurance, or simply feel like yourself again, I want to help you take that first step. See how the coaching runs on Services, or get in touch and tell me about your week.
